We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts and socks must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide.
Are your carbon frames covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Rouleur carbon frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.
